Welcome to Rare Resha. This website is operated by Rare Resha. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rare Resha. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

 

2. ACCURACY OF HANDLOOM PRODUCTS

A. Nature of Handloom: Rare Resha specializes in handcrafted Sambalpuri textiles. You acknowledge that minor irregularities in weave, color, and texture are inherent to the hand-weaving process and are not considered defects. B. Color Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

 

4. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT (SHIPROCKET)

All orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner, Shiprocket.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
  • Tracking: Once dispatched via Shiprocket, tracking details will be shared via your registered contact method.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "Rare Resha" name, logo, and all content including photographs, heritage stories, and product descriptions are the intellectual property of Rare Resha. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rare Resha shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in India.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sambalpur, Odisha.
