Rare Resha specializes in authentic handcrafted Sambalpuri handloom textiles sourced from skilled artisans.

Because every product is woven by hand:

  • Minor variations in weave, texture, color, thread placement, or finish are natural characteristics of genuine handloom craftsmanship.
  • These variations make every piece unique and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product colors and details. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting conditions.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING

All products are offered subject to availability.

Because many of our collections are handcrafted in limited quantities, products may become unavailable without prior notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update product descriptions.
  • Modify prices.
  • Correct pricing or typographical errors.
  • Discontinue products or services at any time.

Any such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if we reasonably believe it involves:

  • Pricing or inventory errors

  • Abuse of promotional offers

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partners, including Shiprocket.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Rare Resha cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared through your registered email address, SMS, or WhatsApp where available.

Risk of loss and ownership of the products passes to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to that policy.
