At Rare Resha, we strive to deliver our handcrafted Sambalpuri weaves to you in the safest and most efficient manner. We partner with Shiprocket to provide reliable pan-India and international shipping.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship across India and to select international locations. If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners at the time of checkout, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or provide a full refund.

2. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: These are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Made-to-Order / Pre-order Items: Since many of our weaves are labor-intensive, these may take 4–6 weeks to be prepared by our weavers. The estimated timeline will be mentioned on the specific product page.
  • Note: We do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Domestic (India): We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 5,000]. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
  • International: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. These will be visible at the time of checkout.

4. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Once your order is dispatched via Shiprocket, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days.
  • International: 10–20 business days (subject to customs clearance).
  • Please note that these are estimates. Delays caused by weather, festive seasons, or courier partner issues are beyond our control.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, Shiprocket will automatically send you a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor your package in real-time.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • India: All prices are inclusive of GST. No additional taxes are collected at delivery for domestic orders.
  • International: Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These must be paid to the courier partner at the time of delivery to release the package.

7. TRANSIT DELAYS & LOSS

Rare Resha is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company. However, if a package is confirmed as "Lost in Transit" by Shiprocket, we will either send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

We ship to the address provided by you. If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refused delivery, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to re-send the package.

9. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

As mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy, we require a mandatory unboxing video to process any claims for items damaged during transit. Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting the delivery. If the package appears heavily tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at rareresha@gmail.com.
