Refund policy

At Rare Resha, we celebrate the labor-intensive art of Sambalpuri handloom. Because our products are handcrafted by artisans, each piece is unique. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these inherent characteristics.

1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Rare Resha does not accept requests for returns or refunds. All sales are final. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully and contact us if you have questions about a weave before purchasing.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

We provide you with an option to exchange items only in the case of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect size/product was shipped. This request must be made within five (5) days of receiving your order.

A. Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for an exchange due to damage or defects, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:

  • The shipping label and the sealed condition of the package before opening.

  • The opening of the package and the clear display of the defect.

  • Without this video, we cannot process claims for transit damage or defects.

B. Handloom Disclaimer: Irregularities in weave, color variations, or small knots are characteristics of hand-woven textiles and are not considered defects. These are marks of authenticity.

C. Exchange Modes:

  • Pick-up: Depending on your location and our serviceability via Shiprocket, we may offer a pick-up service. If eligible, this option will be provided when your exchange request is approved.

  • Self-Ship: If pick-up is unavailable at your pincode, you will be required to ship the product back to us. We will provide you with a store credit equivalent to the shipping cost, provided you share a scanned copy of the courier receipt and the product meets our quality standards.

3. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

  • The product must be unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same design is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

  • During pick-up, our delivery executive may conduct a surface quality check. A final quality check will be done once the item reaches our studio.

4. LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY

  • Rare Resha reserves the right to restrict or refuse exchanges if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the policy is being misused or the product has been tampered with.

  • We are not liable for products exchanged by mistake. If an extra or different product is shipped to us by mistake, we are not responsible for its misplacement or its return delivery.

  • If you are self-shipping, please pack the items securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

5. HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
